Distance Sales Agreement

This agreement is concluded between TOBY PET STUDIO (Seller) and the ordering customer (Buyer) pursuant to Türkiye's Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

Subject

The subject of the agreement is the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the products the Buyer ordered via tobypetstudio.com.

Right of withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw within 14 days of delivery. Made-to-order products (name-engraved tags) are outside the scope of the right of withdrawal.
